How we research moving company software vendors, who is behind the catalog, and how the editorial layer stays vendor-neutral.

About Moving Company Software

An independent catalog of moving company software — CRM, estimating, dispatch and invoicing — written for moving business owners, dispatchers and multi-location operators who need to verify pricing and vendor positioning before a demo call.

What we cover

Moving Company Software tracks the vendors that matter across moving company software — moving CRM, estimating, dispatch management, invoicing and multi-location operator platforms. Every vendor page is built from verified public pricing, SOC 2 and data-security attestations and the vendor's own product documentation. We do not paraphrase analyst summaries.

Editorial independence

The catalog accepts no payment for ranking position, and does not currently run any affiliate or sponsored-placement program. Vendors cannot edit our reviews. If affiliate links or sponsored placements are introduced later, they will be clearly disclosed and held separate from editorial pages.

How we research

Each vendor profile starts from the vendor's official pricing page, the most recent earnings call transcript, publicly citable analyst commentary, and product release notes. Where a vendor gates pricing or does not disclose active members or client counts, the page says so plainly rather than guessing. Numbers we cannot verify never appear as round figures pretending to be facts.

Why a catalog, not a marketplace

Buyer-side guidance for moving software has been dominated by lead-gen sites that surface whichever vendor pays best per click. Moving Company Software is structured the opposite way: pages exist because a moving business owner or multi-location operator needs to compare them, not because a vendor sponsored the slot. Comparison pages exist for every meaningful pairing in the categories we cover.

Contact and corrections

If a published pricing tier or customer-count figure is wrong, see our contact page. Vendor-submitted corrections are reviewed before publishing. We aim to acknowledge correction requests within five business days.
