The catch: it is quote/demo-only, and it slots beside your CRM rather than replacing it, so it suits movers (often international relocation firms) who want best-in-class surveys, not a single system to run the whole company.

What Is Move4U? #

Move4U is a Rotterdam-headquartered (Netherlands) provider of digital moving tools, with offices for the Americas in Jacksonville, Florida, and for APAC in Malaysia. Rather than a CRM, it sells a suite of apps called MoveSuite that handle surveys, estimating, digital inventory and claims — the survey-and-inventory layer of a move, done well and made brandable.

The positioning is global and relocation-heavy: multi-language interfaces, ISO and IAM credentials, and a slant toward international movers show up everywhere on the product. SurveyVideo — Virtual Estimates #

SurveyVideo runs virtual moving estimates by recorded or streaming video call, or lets the customer self-survey from a smartphone by uploading photos and videos. It is brandable — your layout, colors, logo and verification emails — and it ships with Itemizer, an ISO-verified volume-estimation tool. The business case Move4U makes is blunt: the average in-home estimate costs about $250 and takes four hours, so moving that survey to video reclaims a surveyor's day.

SurveyPro — Onsite Survey App #

SurveyPro is the onsite pre-move survey app for iOS and Android, and its standout is that it works offline — no Wi-Fi needed in a basement or a rural pickup. It does room-to-room inventory with auto-suggest, ships multiple standardized inventory lists, translates across languages, and auto-populates customer info from the MoveDashboard so a surveyor is not re-keying details on a doorstep.

CrewPro — Digital Inventory App #

CrewPro is the electronic packing-inventory app for crews, on iOS and Android, offline-capable, with a UI in 16 languages. It generates dynamic forms and documents per move type (compliance, signatures) and assigns origin and destination tasks — packing, loading, unloading, unpacking. Crucially it auto-populates the inventory when paired with SurveyPro or with Yembo, so the office survey and the crew's field list are the same list, not two.

ClaimApp — Claims Handling #

ClaimApp digitalizes claim reports: the customer logs in via QR code or email and files the claim through a brandable flow, available in a dozen languages. Claims are where a mover feels unfairly exposed and where reputation is won or lost, so pulling them into a structured, on-brand app instead of email threads is a real reduction in friction.

MoveDashboard — Free Central Dashboard #

MoveDashboard is the hub that ties the suite together — "synchronize, store and analyze your move data," assign tasks, create documents and reports, and track closing-ratio and revenue — and Move4U states it comes completely free of charge. It is the aggregation layer the other apps report into.

Move4U Pricing #

Move4U does not publish prices. There is no pricing or plans page; every product CTA is "Book Your Demo" or "Contact us," and the vendor states surveys can be trialed with "no credit card needed."

The one exception is real: MoveDashboard is offered free, and a free survey demo is available with no credit card. Everything else is sold by quote after a demo, so the per-app, per-survey or per-seat cost tracks your volume and needs rather than a public rate. On integrations, the flagship is Yembo x CrewPro — Yembo's AI virtual-survey output transfers directly into CrewPro's packing inventory — and internally every app syncs through MoveDashboard.

Who Move4U Is For (and Who It Isn't) #

Best for: relocation and removal companies — especially international and corporate movers — that want best-in-class virtual and onsite surveys, offline field inventory, and multi-language, brandable customer apps. If your operation already runs a CRM but your surveys and crew inventory are the weak link, Move4U drops into that gap. The ISO/IAM credentials and heavy multi-language support fit cross-border work in particular.

Less ideal for: a mover shopping for one system to run the whole business — leads, dispatch, invoicing and accounting included. Move4U is a survey-and-inventory suite, not an all-in-one CRM, so a domestic operator wanting a single platform will pair it with (or choose instead) a full moving CRM. The quote-only model also makes upfront budgeting harder for a small shop.

Is Move4U Legit and Worth It? #

Move4U is a legitimate, credentialed company: ISO 17451-1, ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 certified, an IAM member, with real offices across EMEA, the Americas and APAC and named users such as Icon Relocation. There is no reliable aggregate star rating for Move4U in the sources we track, so we do not assign one.

Whether it is worth it depends on what you are buying. For a relocation firm that lives and dies on survey accuracy and international, multi-language crews, MoveSuite is a strong, focused toolset — and the free MoveDashboard plus a no-credit-card survey demo make it low-risk to try.
